The Kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and all the usual kitchen utensils.

There are additional sleeping facilities available (if required) in the form of two sofabeds in the sitting room. The flat has oil fired central heating, which also provides the hot water.

The entrance to the flat is via the back door of Zenka House, and up an attractive wooden staircase
